The Greensboro Readiness Center required complete, comprehensive renovations to the historic building, new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, life safety upgrades, and a new addition. ADS conducted a planning charrette with the North Carolina National Guard to identify the scope of work and help secure funding, then took the project from schematic design to bid opening in only four months to meet a critical deadline.
