Renovations for this existing campus building were conducted under Western Carolina University's annual services agreement with ADS. The work included a new office suite for the Dean of Applied Sciences, and extensive renovations to classrooms and offices on three floors in support of two new degrees being offered by the university: Telecommunications and Engineering Technology. In addition, the project included renovations to the main lecture room, turning it into a state-of-the-art teleconferencing center.
