At ADS, we work as a team, following the lead of a project manager supervising the work from preliminary design through final warranty inspections. The project manager serves as the primary contact, channeling information from our clients and consulting engineers into the design, and communicating the design effectively to the contractor. Our project managers have an intimate working knowledge of building and accessibility codes, and are familiar with the challenges of supervising publicly-bid, multi-prime projects.
